Boy-isn't this just bright and cheery- well that's exactly what we wanted it to be for my son's girlfriends college dorm room. Her colors were pink and yellow with zebra stripes- so that's would we did. I just cut alot of squares and then sewed them together on a diagonal and glued the large piece to double thick foam board and then added the zebra striped ribbon. I had a few pieces left over so I made this quick little pillow and used fabric paint for the words scattered on the pillow and tied a bow with some ribbon..How cute is this?

Happy Birthday Banner-Charlotte

Here is a banner I made for my cousin on her 1st Birthday. I used brown cardstock for the flags and did alot of individual cuts from many Cricut cartridges for all the fun flowers and shapes for each flag. I then added glitter or Stickles glitter glue to each one of them for dimension. I used pink and green yarn and threaded it thru the eyelets of each corner on flag to hold them together. There is a total of 23 flags- only showing a few of them here.

Graduation Cap Box and card

I made this gift box for my son's girlfriend this week for her Graduation from H.S. I bought the box from a card store and painted it black and then used my Gypsy and Cricut Expressions to cut out all the words and letters for the sides of the box. Which is shaped like a Graduation cap. I made my own tassle and tied it on after I sprayed the box with a gloss spray.

I then made a small graduation cap card to put inside the box and added a little tassle to that also. I wrote her name with a silver gel pen. I will fill box with silver tissue and put the card and a gift inside, she will be able to use this as a little trinket box or just put it out on display.

Nationals "bowling cards"

Used cricut to cut the suns out and I made 70 of these this years. The theme for Nationals in El Paso this year was "The city of Sun"
I used the cricut 50 states to cut out the state of Nevada. Nationals was in Reno again and I made 90 of these this year. Using lots of bright colors.
Nationals was in Detroit Michigan and I made 90 of these using the musical theme paper because of Motown..
I made 100 of these this year because I gave several out to people I meet while at Nationals in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I made these cute bowling bag purses for just my team and the opposing team while we went to Nationals and I made my mom's team some also. Tried to match their bag with there favorite colors and wrote everyone's name on it. When you opened it up you could place your WIBC card or sanction card inside.
And with the cards I make now they open up and you can place your team picture inside and on the top portion you can write down all your scored to remember from year to year. The girls just love thesecards I make every year this is my 5th year of making them. Next year we go to Syracruse, New York in 2011.

Baby clothes dividers

These cute little baby clothes dividers I made with chipboard and covered in papers then used my cricut expression to cut out characters and then chalked them attached a ribbon on the top.

On the other side I used Lifes a beach cartridge and cut out the numbers and used Mini monograms to cut out the circles with mo on them. I think they will be really cute to seperate all the baby clothes in the closet to make things a litter easier on mommy's. I did these in blues and greens for a baby boy. Plan to make alot more of these dividers and give as gifts and also put some in my store for sale. Probably ask about $12.00 for a set of 6

I also like to sew simple things like curtains, table linens and baby receiving blankets with matching burp bibs like in this photo. I made 4 sets for out first grandbaby last year and there are a big hit also. They are doubled with two different patterns one on each side and have matching burp bibs for each set. I sell these for $18.00 for a set 1 blanket -2 burp bibs.

This was another gift I made for the
special couple last year a Heart
shape Love Book.done in black and white
with a bit of maroon colorit had 5 pages to it with the theme of butterflies, I just loved how it turned out and so did they.
This is a guest book I did for a friends wedding last year in their colors of marroon and cream with 10 pages for guests to sign and write notes to the bride and groom

On the inside of each page I wrote a saying that pretained to marriage and added swirls and glitter to each page also.
This is one of over a 100 birdhouses that I painted and numbered This is my fall leaves, large # 118
I use to love to cross-stitch but haven't taken the time to do much more of it lately too busy scrapbooking. I cross-stitch about 50 nutcrackers and sold them in sets of 4 they are about 110-14 inches in height and about 5-7 round and can stand anywhere.
One of many floral arrangments I have done. Made several of these pumpkin florals a few years back and they sold very well at my craft shows and very simple to do. Underneath the arrangement is one of the table linen sets I have sewn also.
This is a drawing I did of our house back in 2002 when we first moved into our home, we have done alot of landscaping since I drew this so maybe have to do another to update it.
I painted this little dog house and put one of our dogs name on it and it looks just like her. Izzy our 1 year old american eskimo

I also love to paint...anything and everything

I love to paint also this was a project I did for a friend and her company she works for
I found this rock in Arkansas on my parents property shaped like a heart so I painted it and it is displayed in my front yard
I painted on this rock and now is a paperweight by my desk
And my most favorite painted projects I've ever done is this rock I found again in Arkansas shaped like the state of Illinois, so I painted it geographically like the state and have that on display in my front yard. I have been offered several hundred dollars for this , but won't let it go I love it to much. And I'll never find a rock shaped like this again, I'm sure.

Some other craft projects I have done in the past.

These cute little magnectic notepad holders were such a hit at my craft shows
I made dozens of these fingers for my sons football team mates well for the parents to brag about there son and there name and # I had lots of orders for these for 2 seasons in a row
These little caalendars I made them displayed them in cd holders made one for several family members for christmas stocking stuffers a few years ago
This was a deli box that I rewrapped and decorated for a baby shower to put a few gifts in it turned out really cute but took me 3 hours to do it.
